 All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available for at least 24 hours once shipped.

Your order will ship between 2-7 business days after you place your order.

Once you’ve placed your order and it is processed, your order will be shipped from Louisiana .

All SALES ARE FINAL because  each of our products are created at the moment of your order, each item is created specifically for you making it difficult to provide the product to someone else.  Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering.  We don’t offer exchanges unless an item is incorrect, however, we will take returns for those items for up to 7 days after you receive the item.  Please refer to the size chart before placing your order as the size of the shirt will not constitute an exchange/return/refund. Simply use the contact form at the bottom of the home page if you need to make a return and we will contact you back on how to proceed.

The order you received is incorrect?  We kindly ask that you please take photos of the incorrect product(s) you received.  Contact softlifecompany@yahoo.com attaching any photos along with your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the product or re-send them (including a special promo), depending on the method you prefer.
